DBA stands for "doing business as" and is an official and public registration of a business name. DBAs are also known as Fictitious Names. A DBA is the name of a business other than the name of your corporation or LLC that is filed. If you are conducting business under any name other than your corporate or LLC name, you must register the fictitious name with your state and/or county. We make sure the DBA name is filed by your LLC or corporation, not you personally.
