Check for Name Availability
in Your Home State
Before NCP files your articles for your corporation or LLC in Nevada we will check the name for availability in your home state (or state of foreign registration). This is necessary because if the name is not available then you entity will have to operate under a different name in your home state or possibly amend articles! Many states are different on this process. California requires us to have a trust account for name availability.*
*If you would like NCP, Inc. to reserve the entity name in a state please call for a quote. This will lock- in the name for a certain period of time.
