Forms to Complete Registration in Your Home State
These are a must for a company that needs to register as a foreign entity in the state(s) in which the entity is conducting business. This is typically at least the state where you reside, because typically you are either an employee of the corporation or the manager of an LLC. Both of those events require the corporation or LLC to register in your home state. NCP, Inc. will complete the necessary forms to register the entity in the states where the entity is required to register. The forms will be complete with instructions on where to send the completed forms and the fees involved. This service is a must before you can start conducting business in a state. The entity will also need this before a bank account or business license can be accomplished.*
*The state may have other requirements with the business license and registration with the department of taxation. These items are not covered by this service.
