Bank Account in Nevada?
In 96% of the cases, the answer
will be NO!
Despite what others may tell you, 96% of
the people with whom we talk, are within his or her home states
jurisdiction for work being done by the new corporation. That means
that you must register as a foreign entity in your home state!
You dont need the following services in Nevada:
- A Nevada office
- A Nevada bank account, or
- A Nevada telephone service
Many companies, not only need to register in their
home states where all the work is being done, they also may need to
register in other states if they exceed the guidelines of solicitation
