precautions to protect your personally identifying information. When
you submit information via the web site, your information is protected
both online and off-line.
When our order forms ask a user to enter financially
sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information
is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the
industry -- SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form,
the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator
and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked.
Most of our clients call us directly and we take their
information over the phone. Their concern is that their information
will be private and protected. NCP has invested a great deal of money
to have firewalls in place to protect our information from the outside
world. NCP has high security within our offices and our computer
systems to protect your information. Our server is also kept in a secure
environment.
DISCLOSURE TO OUTSIDE PARTIES
We will not sell, rent or trade any personal information
we collect from you on our web site. As a resident agent, our
staff is highly trained not to give out information to anyone other
than you the client. NCP as resident agent is only to accept service
of process on behalf of your entity, nothing else.
