Advanced Research &
Strategy Section-Available to Anyone!

This is our advanced research and strategy section. This section contains literally hundreds of pages of tax strategies complete with IRS Code, case law and strategies. NCP has hired an outside attorney to do research about planning issues and distinctions that you may have never read before. Our goal is to think outside the box and anticipate better than anyone.

One of the most important ways to get answers it to have research on recent court cases. For example, our recent research in Ohio actually shows that the northern district of Ohio treats piercing the corporate veil cases differently then the southern district. Now, if you were in Ohio wouldn't you want to know the cases that caused the corporate veil to be pierced in one district but not the other? This would then give you more feedback on how Nevada could help. Again, this is just one of hundreds of areas that we look at closer than anyone.

Our research is so dynamic and unique, you may not believe us when you tell what our VIP Member's Only Section contains, so you can view a current silk screen print. This will show you the powerful topics covered. You will not be able to click on the links to view. NCP's VIP Member's Only is updated on a monthly basis with new information!
