Nevada Incorporations: Find Stability & Asset
Protection with the NV Corp Experts
Reliable, Personable and
Trustworthy - That is our NV Corp. Let us become your "strategic
partner" today.
Whether or not you choose Nevada Corporate Planners as your
incorporating firm, make sure to consider these factors when you
decide
to incorporate in Nevada or establish an LLC.
1.
Look for a company that will provide you and your professionals
with solid, accurate information... one that will give you clear,
no-nonsense answers to your every question -BEFORE they give you
advice or quote you a price. Would you let your doctor
give you a prescription before he or she examined you? Your "entity
exam" is equally important. Don't be a victim of the "cookie-cutter"
approach. Forming the RIGHT ENTITY FOR YOU, the RIGHT WAY isn't
easy, despite what you might have heard. But hey, it's your business!
If you want to take the easiest route, just remember that with minimal
effort, you'll get minimal result.
Find typical questions
that you should be asked in
a truly comprehensive “entity exam".
2. Don't get hit by a swarm of last-minute fees! Look
for a NV Corp that gives you ALL the fees you'll have to pay to
form your entity. Ask how much it will cost for the following:
expedited state filing fees; your record book, including seal and
appropriate records with both written and audio instructions; resident
agent services; obtaining your EIN number; getting your business
licenses; checking to ensure your business name is available in
ALL states of operation; completing the foreign registration paperwork;
members-only support by website and phone; critical post-formation
information and instructions; supplemental support materials; foreign
registration fees... PLUS information on state tax rates for your
entity, annual reports and tips on what to do after you form...
and finally, a support service so you can get your strategic questions
answered throughout the year.
Believe me, all these services can't be provided for just $99!
Research your NV Corp and make sure that whichever firm you
choose offers you the most for your dollar.
3.
Look for an incorporating
firm that can provide information on
the multi-state taxation rules, which ones affect which
state (s), where your entity will have to register to do business.
This is CRITICAL if you have a partner, or if you plan
to do business outside your state. Beware of companies
that tout tax savings in a tax-free state when you live and operate
your day-to-day business elsewhere. States like Nevada do have
powerful benefits, but tax savings are typically not one of them
unless you live and work in Nevada .
If you choose a company that DOES NOT understand the multi-state
taxation rules, you may become a victim of pricy fines. Make
sure to research the incorporating firm before you make your
final decision.
4.
Look for a company that can answer these questions:
A. Why would most C-corporations, if audited, pay 35% tax on any
profits earned-and be hit with penalties and interest that might
cripple their businesses?
B.
What's wrong with the oft-promoted strategy of moving your profits
to Nevada to reduce your state income taxes?
C.
What's the difference between a single member LLC and a multiple
member LLC? More importantly, which one makes the most sense in
what situations?
D.
When do you need an office, bank account and mail forwarding in
Nevada? (Hint: it's rarely required!)
Can the entity formation company you're considering provide
you with information to answer these questions? If not, you may
be in for trouble!
5. Look for a company that can weed through all
the hype and bad information out there, and find what will REALLY
work for you and your business.
Your chosen company should be willing to
take the time to thoroughly analyze your situation,
and show you where your “golden opportunity” lies.
Discover the REAL Reason
Why
you should incorporate in Nevada.
