This checklist also includes steps to protect safe and risk assets.
- Record Book Review Checklist. If you never completed your record book, this training which is complete with videos will help. You must complete formalities to protect your entity veil.
- How to Transition from a Sole Proprietorship to a Separate Legal Entity. This includes all steps that most miss when making this all important transition.
- Steps to Transfer Your Assets. You will need to know how to transfer assets into entities to protect them. Our steps will simplify this process for you.
You will be provided with updates throughout the year with changes to important compliance issues.
Our comprehensive registered agent service in Nevada is $200 per year which includes free annual maintence of your annual list, and other states start at $125 per year. The state fees to change registered agent are separate.
